Bonnie Ravina, Founder


Bonnie started Full Circle Communications in 1995 as an independent consultant, helping companies go to market effectively with clear messaging and integrated program development and execution. She expanded the Full Circle team over the past few years through trusted relationships with other “indie” marketing pros and boutique agencies, aligned with her clients’ growth.

Bonnie serves as a consultant and delivery person, creating the strategic framework for client programs as well as ensuring flawless execution for Full Circle’s work. She specializes in market positioning, messaging and thought leadership development, launch planning and program coordination, especially in global business environments.

Bonnie’s twenty years of experience in technology marketing include her role as Marketing Director at SAP America, the world’s leading enterprise software vendor, from its inception through the launch of its breakthrough ERP applications. One of the original eight people in the U.S., she served on the North American management team throughout her tenure and on the global launch team for R/3. During that time, SAP America grew from just three customers to $367 million in revenues, and from $90 million to $1.1 billion worldwide. Contact Bonnie.

Debby Stefaniak, Marketing Consultant

Debby has 14 years of experience in technology marketing, and provides marketing project management and media relations for Full Circle clients. Her specialty is driving multi-disciplinary teams to conceive creative solutions, ideas and concepts and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Prior to joining the Full Circle team, Debby was the marketing manager for Ulticom, a global provider of network signaling solutions. During her five-year tenure, Debby managed and delivered numerous press, events, internal and external communications and web initiatives. She has held marketing positions at leading IT and telecommunications software companies, including Computer Associates, Platinum Technology, Logic Works and Ulticom.

Estera Hayes, Communications Consultant

With eight years of experience in all facets of business-to-business marketing, Estera joined the Full Circle team in May 2008 with a primary focus on public relations and marketing communications. From 2004 to 2008, Estera held various positions on the global and North America marketing teams at IDS Scheer, a Business Process Management software and services company. As Marketing Manager, she managed copywriting and editing for Web, e-mail, direct mail, and advertising campaigns, as well as company and customer events, from planning and logistics to marketing and execution. While Corporate Communications Manager, Estera oversaw public relations and all communications and developed and launched the company's first international customer newsletter and North America employee newsletter. Estera earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, Honors Program from Villanova University.

Karl Meszaros, Senior Writer

Karl has supported business marketing initiatives for small to mid-size companies for more than 20 years, and has been affiliated with Full Circle Communications for more than five years. Senior marketing and corporate executives have leveraged his talent and experience to package their messaging professionally in print and electronic media. In so doing, they have more clearly communicated corporate mission, vision, performance, direction, thought leadership and value proposition of products and services to all constituencies that ultimately determine business success. His experience includes copywriting support for the breadth of services delivered to a broad mix of B2B, B2C and not-for-profit clients, with emphasis on technical marketing writing for high-tech software, hardware and professional services companies.

Sacha Adorno, Communications Consultant

Sacha’s career began at the Opera Company of Philadelphia and led her to work as an account executive at Steege/Thomson Communications, a leading communications agency in Philadelphia, where she managed an array of projects for clients in healthcare, philanthropy, education, and the arts. In 2007, Sacha went out on her own as a freelance consultant, working with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Thomas Jefferson Hospitals, Penn Medicine, Fox Chase Cancer Center and others, as well as Full Circle’s technology clients. To every project, she brings versatility, a fresh eye and crisp content. Sacha holds a BA from Barnard College.


Shawn Fricke, All Around Creative


After many years dedicated to both freelance and corporate design management, Shawn started All Around Creative in January 2009 with the goal of combining big agency diversity with a boutique sensibility. Since then, he has proven that a big company capability matched with strategic pricing and resource flexibility is a model that is not only viable, but may well be the future of how business gets done in the creative services arena.

Shawn brings more than 15 years experience in design and management to bear for AAC. As a Senior designer for WorldGate Communications and Pegasus Satellite Television in the early 2000’s, Shawn focused on wide ranging corporate marketing support, brand development and cross platform design and expansion. Later, as Senior Graphic designer and Webmaster at Ulticom, he established a new level of consistency in the corporate brand identity standards, and managed the creative support for over 300 sales, operational, customer service, marketing and executive staff. Shawn graduated from Drexel University, Nesbitt College of Design with a BA in Graphic Design.
